These terms and conditions regulate the use of the isoog website, its services and features, including browsing ads, creating accounts, posting ads, communicating between users, and using any free or paid services provided by the platform.
By using isoog, creating an account, or posting an ad, you agree to be bound by these Terms and their associated policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services that require agreement.
1. The nature of the platform
isoog is an electronic platform for classified ads, which aims to facilitate the display and discovery of available products, services, real estate, vehicles, jobs and other categories.
isoog provides users with the means to post, search and communicate about advertisements.
Unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular Service, isoog is neither a seller nor a buyer of goods and services posted by users, nor is it a party to agreements or transactions between them.
Price, inspection, payment, delivery, warranty and any other terms are agreed upon directly between the parties involved.
2. Create the account
Some Services may require you to create an account.
When creating an account, the user must provide information that is as correct and up-to-date as possible.
The user is responsible for maintaining his account login data and not sharing it with others in a way that might lead to the account being used without his permission.
If the user suspects unauthorized access to his account, he is advised to change the password or login data and contact isoog when needed.
isoog may request verification of email, phone number, or certain other information when necessary to protect accounts and users or to combat fraud.
3. Use of the account
It is preferred that each person use one account unless otherwise permitted by isoog.
It is not permissible to create multiple accounts for the purpose of:
Post the same ad multiple times.
Bypass account restrictions.
Circumventing platform systems.
Hiding identity with the intention of misleading users.
Bypass a previous suspension or restriction.
Businesses and stores may use dedicated accounts or tools if such services are available.
4. Eligibility to use
The user must be legally able to use the services he or she benefits from.
If the User is under the legal age to conclude certain transactions, use must be carried out under the supervision of a guardian or in accordance with applicable laws.
Some types of advertising or services may require a certain age or additional licenses or documents.
5. Post advertisements
Every advertisement published on isoog must be clear, correct and not misleading.
The advertisement should include basic information regarding the product or service offered.
When publishing an advertisement, it is preferable to:
Choose the appropriate category.
Write a clear title.
Enter the correct price when available.
State the condition of the product.
Write a realistic and understandable description.
Add images related to the ad.

6. One ad for each product or service
As much as possible, each ad should be tailored to a specific product, service, property, vehicle or function.
If a user has several different products, it is better to post a separate ad for each product.
One ad may be allowed for multiple products when the nature of the category or service allows it.
7. Frequent ads
The same ad should not be published multiple times in a way that affects users' experience or search results.
If there are obviously duplicate ads, isoog may hide some or delete the duplicates.
isoog may provide separate services to lift an ad or increase its visibility rather than reposting it repeatedly.
8. Accuracy of information
The user is responsible for the information he publishes.
Incorrect information may not be used with the intent to lure or mislead users, including:
Fake prices.
Pictures do not reflect the actual product.
Incorrect specifications.
Untrue claims about the condition of the product.
Incorrect information about the property or car.
Jobs do not exist.
Offers that the advertiser does not intend to implement.
If a user notices an error in their ad, they are advised to correct it as soon as possible.
9. Advertisement title
The ad title should be short, clear, and directly describe the offering.
Preferably avoid:
Exaggerated statements.
Repeated words with the intention of improving search appearance.
Non-advertising content.
Place a large amount of symbols or letters to attract attention.
isoog may modify the title format if doing so does not change the meaning of the advertisement.
10. Contact information
It is preferable to put the phone number or means of contact in the fields designated for this.
isoog may limit the publication of contact information within some parts of an advertisement if doing so helps reduce spam or fraud.
You may not post another person's contact information without their permission.
11. Pictures
Images must be directly related to the ad.
It is permissible to use real images of the product, service or property, and it is permissible to use commercial images when the user has the right to use them.
Should be avoided:
Misleading images.
Images that are not related to the advertisement.
Offensive content.
Images that reveal personal data of other people without permission.
Adding false or misleading information to the image.
Stores and businesses may use their logos and trademarks reasonably.
12. User Posted Content
The user retains his rights to the content he owns.
By posting Content on isoog, the User grants isoog the necessary permission to display, store, process and format the Content to the extent required to operate the Service and display advertising to Users.
isoog may use images or parts of the advertisement within the Platform or in search pages or materials related to the display of the advertisement.
Ownership of the content does not transfer to isoog once it is published.
13. Intellectual property rights
It is not permissible to publish content that violates the rights of others.
This includes:
Stolen photos.
Trademarks used misleadingly.
Copyrighted material without permission.
Designs or content owned by others.
If a rights holder believes that posted content violates their rights, they can contact isoog and provide the necessary information for review.
14. Unauthorized content

It is preferable to update or stop the advertisement once the property is sold or rented.
isoog may request additional documents in cases of suspicion or dispute.
17. Vehicles
You must provide correct information about the vehicle as much as possible.
Important information should be mentioned such as:
Style.
Year of manufacture.
Status.
Distance travelled.
Fuel type.
Any known material defects that influenced the purchase decision.
Information may not be tampered with with the intention of misleading the buyer.
isoog encourages users to inspect the vehicle and documents before purchasing.
18. Jobs
Job advertisements must be real.
It should contain a clear description of the nature of the job, requirements and responsibilities.
It is not permissible to post fake jobs for the purpose of collecting personal data.
Financial fees may not be requested from applicants in a misleading or fraudulent manner.
It is also not permissible to publish job offers that violate the law or include unlawful discrimination.
19. Services
The service provider must clearly describe the nature of the service.
It is the service provider's responsibility to have the required licenses if the service requires a legal license.
Publishing the service on isoog is not considered an endorsement or guarantee by the platform of the quality of the service provider.
20. Stores and commercial activities
Stores, companies and individuals conducting business may use isoog depending on the services available.
It is preferable for the business activity to clarify its description when necessary.
isoog may provide special benefits to stores, such as:
Shop page.
More ads.
Management tools.
Subscriptions.
Paid promotion.
21. Communication between users
isoog may provide communications such as messages, calls or other means of communication.
They should be used for advertising-related communication.
It may not be used for:
threat.
Harassment.
Spam.
Fraud.
Illegally collecting personal information.
Sending content that violates the law.
The user can block or report the other party when these tools are available.
22. User safety
isoog advises users to take the usual precautions before completing any transaction.
Preferably:

isoog endeavors to use reliable and convenient payment methods, but does not fully control the third party payment provider's technical services.
28. Recovery
Refundability varies depending on the nature of the service.
If the paid service has not started, it may be possible to request its cancellation depending on the type of service and applicable law.
If a digital service such as uploading or highlighting an ad is initiated, the possibility of recovery may be limited.
If a technical error occurs from isoog that prevents the user from obtaining the service he paid for, we will attempt to address the issue fairly, such as restarting the service or granting a credit or refund as the case may be.
29. Promotions

Posting reviews with the intent of blackmail.
